We are a rapidly growing B2B tech startup looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with growth and scaling efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and helping to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.



  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Assist with lead generation and qualification, including outreach to potential clients and follow-up communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist with developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including content creation and distribution, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as strategic partnerships, collaborations, and investments.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand our technology and products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of business development efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, conversion optimization, and sales funnel management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry and emerging trends.
